Stephanie and Jake were both extremely helpful guides while completing 10 weeks of NeuroOptimal therapy. The team at Open Mind Wellness are very welcoming, and made the process very accessible, all while being extremely knowledgeable about the benefits of NeuroOptimal. I would recommend them to anyone, as they helped me overcome some mental barriers I had been facing, for quite a while.
