My son who is 15 years old and on the autism spectrum has been attending NeurOptimal neurofeedback brain training sessions with Jake from Open Mind for a little over a year now. We have seen an increase in confidence, social exchanges, focus and sleep over this past year. He has taken risks socially, which he never did previously, and has been an active member of his school’s tech crew, coding club and recently became a part time employee at one of our local fast food restaurants.
